It connects to our Thrive AirLink devices, which mount under the valve box lid. The devices run on the Amazon Sidewalk network, which covers about 95% of the populated United States, so they aren’t cell or wifi based.

Do I need WiFi or cell service to use the Thrive AirLink™?
No. AirLink isn’t cell or wifi based. It runs on the Amazon Sidewalk network, which covers about 95% of the populated United States. If you’re in the small share of areas without coverage, you can add an affordable Amazon Sidewalk gateway to your internet and you’re good to go. See how AirLink compares to WiFi controllers.
When do I pay for my Early Access units?
Your choice. Pay your 50% deposit online when you submit the order form, or pick contact-me and we arrange it after confirming your order together. Production is scheduled once the signed agreement and deposit are received, and the balance is due on delivery.
How do I receive my units?
Through your distributor. When you order, you name the distributor and branch that will fulfill it. Thrive notifies you at shipment and confirms when your units are ready for pickup at that branch.
What’s included with each Early Access unit?
Every AirLink ships with an antenna, carries a 2 year warranty from the date of delivery, and runs 2 years with no app subscription. Solenoids, batteries, DBYs, and valve boxes are not included.
How many stations can one Thrive Cloud Controller manage?

Do I still need a physical controller on the wall?
No. The Thrive Cloud Controller replaces the wall-mounted controller. All programming, mapping, and station control happens in the Thrive app.
